At Greensleeves we are your local lawn care experts, devoted to keeping lawns everywhere beautiful and healthy.

This is why we’ve built this FAQ’s page, to answer the questions that we often get asked and give you some useful bits of advice. Lawn care can be complicated, but we are here to help you on your journey to achieving your perfect lawn.

If you don’t find the answer to your questions below, then please don’t hesitate to contact our friendly team – we will be more than happy to assist you in any way we can.

To keep your lawn looking its best, it’s important to maintain it in between our visits. Especially during hotter months, keeping on top of watering and mowing is really important if you want your lawn to stay healthy. During hot weather, we recommend dousing your lawn in water twice a week, rather than watering little-and-often.

Our experts are happy to answer any questions you may have about daily lawn care.

We recommend that all lawns have the early summer lawn treatment each year, and for the lushest lawns, we also recommend having an annual late summer treatment.

Our early summer treatment is completely safe for children and pets. If there is any requirement to leave a short period of time before accessing the lawn (which may be the case for grazing animals especially), then our experts will give you all the advice and details you need.

Our seasonal early summer lawn treatment works to keep your lawn looking healthy, thick and green during the hotter months by applying non-scorch seasonal fertiliser and weed control.
