Frequently asked questions
We offer year-round treatment so that your lawn is receiving the right nutrients through the changing seasons. However, there may be occasions where it isn’t possible to carry out a successful treatment process, such as the conditions being extremely windy or in heavy snow. If this is ever the case you will be duly notified and a new visit date will be organised.
The initial visit date will be arranged following your first booking. Following our first visit, you will then be notified of the next upcoming treatment date.
We offer a convenient package system for ongoing lawn care, which means you can pay monthly to keep your lawn thriving all year-round. You can choose whether to pay annually or in easy monthly direct debits.
If you cancel our services then your monthly payments will be cancelled and any remaining balance collected for a seamless transition.
When working with nature, there are many variables that must be considered. Lawns can be impacted heavily by drastic changes in weather conditions and various insect or disease infestations. Fortunately, when you’re partnered with Greensleeves, there is no need to worry – our lawn treatment experts will professionally assess your lawn at each visit so that they can spot any signs of lawn stress and ensure they act upon it as quickly as possible to alleviate the issue.
