Frequently asked questions
The initial visit date will be arranged following your first booking. Following our first visit, you will then be notified of the next upcoming treatment date.
No need to worry, the treatment dates will be listed in your latest invoice. However, if you are struggling to locate them still then simply contact your local lawn care expert via email or telephone and they will be able to provide it for you. The details of your local expert can be found on our website, the online portal or alternatively on your invoice.
We advise waiting an hour before the lawn is used at all, this includes use by children and most pets. Any grass-eating pets, such as guinea pigs or rabbits, should be kept away from the lawn for a minimum of 10 days.
We offer year-round treatment so that your lawn is receiving the right nutrients through the changing seasons. However, there may be occasions where it isn’t possible to carry out a successful treatment process, such as the conditions being extremely windy or in heavy snow. If this is ever the case you will be duly notified and a new visit date will be organised.
